I'm a certified yoga instructor, at present, working as an online or offline yoga teacher. I have 5 years experience teaching and concluding yoga class, awareness session, complete pregnancy yoga, private session and big group classes online + offline I pray to fit and healthy world, I am improve myself and living a healthy lifestyle, so I want to connect the people and also help people to relief naturally process (like yoga) to change for the healthy lifestyle.

Yoga is a practice to bring harmony between mind body and soul. I spread the awareness of being healthy. I make sure that every person has that deep understanding of their health. I take completely different classes, and don't repeat the flow again and again, will teach multiple yoga styles, they feel joy and every day learn to more deep in yoga and posture knowledge, taking class the client demand and as per requirement.
