About Samuel

I am a classical and modern dancer, I graduated from the Folkwang Schule in Germany, directed for more than thirty years by the renowned choreographer Pina Bausch, my curriculum combined Classical Dance, Modern, Theater, Anatomy, Gyrokinesis, Alexander Technic , Pilate, History and Dance notation. I then graduated from Vaganova Ballet Academy, St. Petersburg in the class of Nikolai Tsiskaridze, the world's leading school of classical dance and Vaganova teaching. . I now combine theater, cinema and dance in my artistic projects while developing a personal coaching structure accessible to all.

Stretching / Fitness coaching, which focuses on discipline, respect and self-improvement. My method is based on personalized fitness classes, involving ground bar, pilate, stretching, relaxation, muscle building, alignment, relaxation. We can organize the sessions at your home or in a suitable studio (metro Gambetta, 75020). I propose a program entirely adapted to your needs while emphasizing the flexibility and the muscular reinforcement, as well as a step-by-step methodical fitness program. Private sessions can be the starting point for you to feel better than ever. It is the fastest and most effective way to experience a powerful freedom and self-awareness of yourself and your body. Your private session can be scheduled at a time and day that suits you. It's a very effective use of your time and effort. Individual work in private sessions creates more than ten times the benefit of a group class. The session begins with an individual stretching program tailored to your body, your needs and your goals. I do not just prescribe a lot of stretching. I evaluate your body in many positions - pushing and pulling to test your alignment and flexibility. I ask many questions, listen carefully and observe everything. Then I start creating a series of stretches and muscle building exercises, involving pilates and fitness. During the private session, I teach you how to stretch and strengthen yourself, so that you can do the routine yourself between sessions. Also as part of your program, I give advice on diet and other relevant aspects of your life. In private, you perform a demanding series of stretching and weight training exercises under the guidance and manipulation of your instructor. I focus on the particular weaknesses and imbalances of your body. I also work on the things you want to achieve or change. You will immediately experience powerful improvements and dramatic gains in flexibility, strength and health. Gradually, I modify and intensify the program to meet your changing needs and goals. Maximum improvements are freedom of movement, flexibility, strength, posture, physical health and mental fitness are the results. The time spent with the student makes it possible to really focus on the individual needs, in order to be able to travel at your own pace and to tackle the technical fields and the corrections.
