About Silvia
I have a 500-hour certificate in Hatha and Ashtanga.
I've been teaching classes in person in India, Nepal, Guatemala, Italy. My goal is to create a supportive and motivating space where students can explore their practice with confidence and ease. Each session is adapted to individual needs, combining strength, flexibility, and mindfulness to promote overall well-being and personal growth. I can teach in English, Italian and Spanish. Online classes available worldwide
