About Annabelle

I am a gymnast who is currently studying at a circus school. Yoga, stretching and meditation is something I started doing when I was really young so I am really experienced. I started giving lessons 2 years ago and taught around 40 people.

About the lesson

My teaching method is using a lot of variety and controlling the breath. I like to do a basic form of stretching in group classes but I also would love to give private people a personal stretching/yoga plan. I really want everyone to feel happy after my classes.
