I recently introduced BeeMindful Yoga For Kids. I base my classes on breath work as well as taking time to appreciate the ways children can move and stretch their bodies through fun and interactive themes from the world around us. I work to guide children through yoga and mindfulness practice by bringing the following into each class:
o Body Awareness
o Relaxation Techniques
o Stress Management Tools

Details
Pricing is $12 per child for the 30 minute online lesson. If you would like private in home instruction and are in the southern Connecticut area, lessons are $20 per child.
