Ali worked hard preparing for Chemistry Olympiad. While doing his undergraduate studies, he was invited by some city school boards giving crash courses preparing their high school students for chemistry Olympiad. Also he voluntarily helped his fellow students during undergraduate years helping them to grasp chemistry and math concepts. So Ali both has the knowledge and the experience transfering that knowledge.
