My teaching is centered on creating a calm, safe, and conscious space where individuals can reconnect with themselves through breath, movement, and stillness. I guide each session with the intention to bring balance to the body, clarity to the mind, and lightness to the heart. I come from a background in engineering, which allows me to blend scientific clarity with spiritual sensitivity.
- I blend gentle yoga flows with deep breath awareness and -guided meditations.
- Emphasis is placed on mindful movement, correct posture, and inner stillness, making each class accessible yet transformative.
- I often integrate Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep) and subtle energy awareness techniques to bring students into deeper states of relaxation and presence.
- Sessions are paced gently, encouraging self-listening over self-pushing.
