About Rais

I am a baker and chef. With 5 years of culinary experience I love to use my skills to help people fulfil their skills in the kitchen. Food is the new fashion! Being around food, feeding others is a passion of mine.

About the lesson

My method of teaching is very simple. Cut out the small print and let's get stuck in. In order to cook or make something, it's not all about reading a recipe book but practically taking part in the action. Hands on approach is the way forward.

Perfect! I had a cooking lesson with Rais today to learn meat Karahi . It was a very good lesson . Rais explained each step very thoroughly and also showed each step while cooking . It was very easy to follow the recipe . It was ready in good time and the taste was fabulous as it should be of an authentic Karahi . All my family enjoyed the Karahi . All the spices were well balanced . I am going to take more classes with Rais as he is a professional chef . If anyone wants to learn any dishes then I would highly recommend Rais . Mrs Khan
