About Bhavna
I am working as a product manager by profession and have been into fitness for the past 5 years. Learning asanas and yoga has been my passion, I have always been keen to learn the theory behind yoga, practice advanced asanas, and learn about who should practice what asanas and pranayamas. Teaching gives me immense happiness.

I try to understand the physiology of students, learn about their health and mind related problems, understand their requirements, and then base my teachings catering to all the inputs.
i structure my class starting with warm-ups, then Surya namaskars, followed by basic to advanced asanas depending on the student and ending with pranayama to calm down body and mind.
