Passionate and dedicated Yoga Teacher with 1 year of experience guiding individuals and children toward improved physical health, mental well-being, and mindfulness through yoga. I believe yoga is more than a form of exercise—it's a journey toward balance, self-awareness, and holistic wellness.
I specialize in designing engaging and age-appropriate yoga sessions for children, incorporating breathing techniques, Surya Namaskar, yoga postures, mindfulness activities, and relaxation practices in a fun and interactive way. I also enjoy helping adults build strength, flexibility, and inner calm through personalized and accessible yoga practices.
My teaching philosophy focuses on creating a safe, encouraging, and inclusive environment where every student can progress at their own pace while developing confidence, discipline, and a lifelong appreciation for yoga.
