Hello, I'm Poonam Ranolia, originally from India and currently residing in Australia. As a certified yoga teacher, I've completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Course (YTTC) and specialized in pre and postnatal yoga, affiliated with Yoga Alliance. Holding a master's degree in yoga and qualifying for the UGC NET three times, my dedication to yoga spans both academic achievement and practical expertise. Since childhood, I've been immersed in yoga, participating in numerous competitions and securing positions in national-level championships. With 9 years of teaching experience, I'm passionate about sharing the profound benefits of yoga with others. Let's embark on a journey to holistic well-being together.
