About Jaanam
Hi there!
I am Jaanam, I have been teaching yoga to age groups ranging from from 7 to 89 years and I absolutely love it.
I have been an active sports person for as long as I can remember, movement comes naturally to me.
I also am empathetic, always concerned about people around me and their wellbeing.
Yoga seemed like the perfect place to bring the two together, I continue to not just stay active but also feel amazing and spread the energy through my sessions.

As an experienced yoga teacher who has been teaching for over 5 years, I understand how different all our bodies are and what works for one might not work for the other. Hence, each class is tailored for an individual. No two classes are the same. Each class lasts 60 mins, which also includes pranayama.
Focus is generally on
- Strength and flexibility
- Posture correction
- Stress management
- Pain management
I would love to be a part of your fitness (physical & mental) journey and help you achieve your goals
And yes, you don't have to be flexible to start yoga. Everybody is welcome :)
