About Hannah
Hi,
I discovered my love for yoga with 16 and have been teaching for the past five years. I have travelled around the world and tought in different countries like Thailand, Colombia and Canada. Most of my teaching experience I gained in my home country which is Germany.
Besides yoga I am passionate about silk acrobatic and dancing and tennis.
I am currently doing a master degree at Sussex andtherefore have a flexible availability.

Yoga for me is a way to let go of all the stress from the day and to listen inwards. My classes are based breath and body awareness. I want my students to rediscover themselves and their bodies in every class.
I like to teach a range of Vinyasa and Hatha classes and can adjust the intensity to your needs. Whether you want to leave all your sweat on the mat or fall right into bed after a relaxing Hatha class.
