Completed 200 HR Yoga Teacher Training in January 2021. Since then, I have been teaching consistently in 1:1 and group settings. I am deeply passionate about sharing the joy and power of practicing yoga for developing a greater sense of awareness and wellbeing.

As a teacher, I aim for my students to explore their mind body connection through pranayama, asana, and meditation. I teach all-rounded Vinyasa style yoga classes for all levels and desires. Each class will have a specific focus and will leave you reenergized and at peace.
