About Allison
I am a 200hr certified Yoga instructor (Yoga Alliance Approved) from YogaWorks. I have been leading Vinyasa yoga classes for 6 months, teaching anywhere from one person to 20 people at a time. As an instructor, my main goal is to lead, inform, inspire, and learn along with my students. You’re never just a teacher; always a student!

My teaching method is mainly for beginners and intermediate yoga students. I teach mainly vinyasa yoga, but have taught sculpt from time to time as well. I love bringing yoga philosophy into the physical practice, to create a well-rounded practice for my students.
