I am an internationally certified Advanced Yoga Trainer with 9 years of teaching experience, helping students build strength, flexibility, and inner balance.

I specialize in Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, Face Yoga, and Aerial Yoga. My classes are personalized for all ages and experience levels, focusing on proper alignment, mindful breathing, and sustainable progress in a supportive environment.

Every class follows a simple and well-structured format to help you feel energized, focused, and relaxed.

Class Flow:

️1. Opening : Gayatri Mantra or Patanjali Mantra to create a calm, positive atmosphere.

2. Warm-up (8-10 mins): Gentle stretches and joint mobility exercises to prepare the body.

️3. Pranayama (5 mins): Breathing techniques to improve lung capacity, focus, and mental clarity.

4. Yoga Asanas (40 mins): A guided practice of Hatha or Ashtanga Yoga, customized to your fitness level and goals.

5. Relaxation (5 mins): Meditation or Yoga Nidra to reduce stress, improve mindfulness, and end the session feeling refreshed.

Each class is personalized to suit your experience, whether you're a beginner or an advanced practitioner. The focus is on proper alignment, mindful breathing, flexibility, strength, and overall well-being in a safe and supportive environment.
