Namaste! I am Payal, a certified Yoga Teacher with a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training certification and teaching experience at A1 Yoga. I am passionate about helping people improve their flexibility, strength, breathing and overall well-being through Yoga. I enjoy teaching beginners as well as regular practitioners and creating a friendly, comfortable and positive learning environment for every student.

I am a certified Yoga Teacher with a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training certification and teaching experience at A1 Yoga. I offer live online Yoga classes for beginners and regular practitioners. My sessions include Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation. I focus on safe, simple and effective practices with personal guidance. Morning and evening sessions are available, and students can learn comfortably from home.
