About Ruth
I am both a teacher and student of yoga and love to teach beginners especially. I enjoy teaching Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative styles of yoga and am able to incorporate meditation and mindfulness also. In these private sessions, I am able to assist with body alignment awareness, injury recovery, and gaining both strength and flexibility in certain areas of the body. My aim is to tailor these lessons specifically to you and your body. Yoga is not just about the poses you do or how fit and flexible you are, but more about breath, body and mind and I can't wait to teach you this :)
