About Cassandre
Hello, my name is Cassandra I am 23 years old and I am a Yoga teacher in Paris. Graduated in India in the holy city of Rishikesh, cradle of the discipline, I practice yoga for several years and this every day. I see yoga as a fun way to relax, build and gain flexibility. I am also a naturopathic practitioner and therefore have an approach that wants to listen to everyones body.

Focused on relaxation, muscle building and flexibility I offer classes combining Yin, Hatha and Vinyasa customizable according to the expectations of my students. Courses can vary from one hour to one and a half hour, for beginners and intermediate levels and always end with a relaxation session or Yoga Nidra.
