I am a regular yoga practitioner since 10 years., based out of Bangalore. recently got trained in Rishikesh and certified as a yoga teacher USA alliance.
Yoga personally helped is fixing my posture, spine, my physical and mental issues, toned my body, build strength and muscles. I also want to help my fellow brothers and sisters achieve their goals the way I achieved.
