About Prakruti

Namaskar Myself Prakruti Thakar from Bangalore, India. I have been practicing and learning yoga for 10 years now and YOGA has been a part of my journey towards "HAPPY me HEALTHY me". I am a qualified yoga instructor (beginner, intermediate, and advanced level) from Mokshayatan International Yogsansthan which is a very traditional yoga school in India. I have also learnt pranayama and therapies to deal with various ailments such as stress, asthma, diabetes, back pain, knee pain, migraine, and constipation amongst others. My ambition is to make a difference in people's lives physically, mentally, and emotionally through my knowledge and experiences that I have gained in past one decade in this field. About the lesson

Basic, Intermediate and advanced level of Yoga training for all age groups. Yoga training includes Yoga, Pranayam, Meditation, and important therapy to deal with various ailments like Diabetes, Insomnia, back pain, migraine, arthritis, constipation to just name a few. Special tailor made program for Kids and senior citizens.
