As a child i also used to like yoga.and while growing up I have discovered lot of thing about yoga which still really attract me a lot about it.like the energy of yog, finding true self, breathing techniques, so many wonderful asana which can really magically heal anything.even old body pain. And when I stay connected to yoga it brings me Clamness in my soul and true bliss of living life. And by teaching I am able to share the bliss of life with everyone. And help them to feel it too.

While teach we make sure what our students aim is for. And teach them according to there level. And show them results in there body as time pass. We also provide diet plan ,meditation program & knowledge of yoga.
Anyone and any age group people can join ous. As our motive is
"yoga is for everyone"
Usually our classes start with aum chants than some warm up stretching than slow stand up in standing pose, surya namaskar with breathing techniques,than slowly to core asana as it's really the most important thing to peaceful time with shavasana and end with aun chants

If someone is take 20 classes in a month than the fee is 14000 ,for 16 classes 12000 for classes lower than 15 classes 800 ₹/hr
