About Christina
I have practiced different styles of yoga for over 7 years now, , it helps me a lot in understanding my body and mind and develop body mind connection and balancing. The unity between breath and movement opened doors of low in my body mind and spirit spirit and sense of unity and oneness in addition to balancing the energy and letting go easier what no longer serves me a soul and as a body.
I can teach in English language as well as in Arabic.

Yoga is a physical, mental and spiritual practice that originated in ancient India.
The word yoga is derived from the Sanskrit root yuj, meaning “to yoke,” or “to unite”. The practice aims to create union between body, mind and spirit, as well as between the individual self and universal consciousness.
Yoga has been practiced for thousands of years, and whilst many different interpretations and styles have been developed, most tend to agree that the ultimate goal of yoga is to achieve liberation from suffering, union and coordination mind body and spirit.
I offer different techniques and styles of yoga that each has its own proposes and benefits, therefore, adapt the lessons according to you personal needs and and goal from the lesson.
