About Simran
Namaste, I am Simran Aswani, a grounded Yoga Teacher with a 200-hour YTTC certification in Hatha Yoga from Yogakulam Academy, Bengaluru. Skilled in creating mindful and accessible sequences as per your needs. For me, yoga has been more of a mental exercise than just the physical one.
