About Jess

After spending over a decade in corporate America, I was feeling lost and out of control of my own life. Since then, I have started working on myself, my mental health and healing journey. I have become a certified yoga instructor just this year, have published my first book, and learned so many things and met so many people along the way.

My goal is simple really, it's to leave everyone and everything a little better than I found it. I've had a hard life and yoga has allowed me to slow down and heal; appreciate what is around me and how I can use what I've endured to make the world a better place.

About the lesson

My teaching approach is very simple. I want to connect with people. I want to hear what is best for them and offer support or suggestions to support the client in living their best life as the most authentic version of themselves.

I am gentle, attentive, and encouraging. The student is the center of my class - I am just there to support them through their experience.

One hour of in-person private yoga instruction after the initial meeting/lesson is a flat rate of $75.
One hour of in-person private yoga instruction after the initial meeting/lesson is a flat rate of $50.

I kindly request at least a 24 hour cancellation notice if you are unable to keep your appointment.
If you do not cancel your appointment (either online or in person) before the scheduled start time, or should you fail to show up within 10 minutes of your appointment start time, you will be charged in full for the lesson to cover the cost of my time to plan, schedule and tailor your specific instruction.
