I am a certified Hatha Yoga instructor with a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training certification, passionate about guiding individuals toward holistic health and well-being.
My Teaching Approach:
I focus on teaching yoga asanas (postures), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation to help you improve flexibility, reduce stress, and cultivate mindfulness.
I use a step-by-step approach with clear demonstrations and modifications, making my classes accessible to beginners and enjoyable for all skill levels.
My classes aim to create a calm and supportive environment, encouraging participants to achieve physical and mental balance.

Warm-up, Asanas Practice, Breathing and Meditation, Closing

Beginner-Friendly: My classes are designed for individuals with little to no prior experience. We build a strong foundation with the basics.

Who Can Join:
These classes are ideal for ages from 15 - 30 looking to improve flexibility, manage stress, and develop a consistent yoga practice. Whether you’re new to yoga or seeking to refine your basics, this class is for you.

Weekdays Batch : 5 AM - 7 AM
Weekends Batch: 6 AM - 8 AM
