I have been learning yoga since last 8 years and after getting the positive benefits from it, I decided to share this knowledge with others as well. In this pursuit I enroll into a Teacher's Training Course at Atmashanti Yoga School in Kerala and was certified as a teacher in yoga.

My class of one hour is a combination of Pranayama and Asana which balances the yoga routine to give maximum benefits to the students. Sivananda and Detox are my favorite, but I also take classes for Hypertension and chair Yoga too
