About Moon
I am a certified Yoga, Pilates, and Aerial Fitness Instructor who believes that movement should feel empowering, not overwhelming. I work closely with each student to understand their body, goals, and challenges, and then create sessions that are safe, structured, and effective. You don’t need me just to “exercise”—you need guidance that is personalized, mindful, and progressive, so you can build strength, flexibility, and confidence without injury or confusion. I share my knowledge because I’ve seen how the right guidance can transform not just the body, but self-belief and lifestyle. Teaching allows me to help people move better, feel stronger, and reconnect with themselves in a way that lasts beyond the mat.
