About Sourav
I am Sourav Paul, a certified Yoga Instructor, and weight loss expert, having 6 years of experience in teaching Yoga.
After completing YIC (Yoga Instructor Course), I am currently pursuing an M.Sc in yoga from SVYASA University (India's oldest UGC recognized grade A+ Yoga university).
I have coached people for Weight loss, increase immunity, flexibility, and overall fitness.

As Maharshi Patanjali said in his Patanjali Yoga Sutra: 1.2, "Yogascittavrttinirodhah", which means - "Yoga is Mastery over the Mind". By practicing asanas, we actually use the body to gain mastery over the mind.
I have trained people all around the world. My students have lost weight up to 20 kgs, after practicing Yoga and following my diet chart.
