About Arati
I chose to become a yoga instructor because yoga has inspired me to create a healthier, more balanced, and mindful way of living. I believe yoga is not just about physical postures—it is a beautiful practice that connects the body, breath, and mind. I want to share this knowledge with others and help them improve their strength, flexibility, inner peace, and overall well-being. Teaching yoga gives me the opportunity to positively impact people's lives while continuing to learn and grow myself.
