About Preranadaga
Hi, Namaste!
I’ve always found joy in connecting with people, expressing myself through music and learning through new experiences.
My journey with yoga began as a personal exploration, and gradually became something much deeper and more meaningful to me.
Yoga has taught me to pause, listen to myself and approach life with greater awareness and balance. The more I experienced it in my own life, the more I felt the desire to share it with others.
I’m here to share what I’ve learned, while continuing to learn along the way — and to make yoga a beautiful, approachable experience for everyone I teach.
Because for me, yoga is not just something you practice; it’s something you experience and carry with you beyond the mat.

Yoga is an experience — an opportunity to slow down, become more aware, connect with your body, breath and mind.
Through my sessions, the aim is to make yoga simple and mindful. Incorporating asanas, movement, breathing practices, relaxation and awareness according to individual needs.
I also incorporate music and sound wherever appropriate, creating a calm, engaging and enjoyable experience.
I offer online sessions for healthy adults and children (all levels), creating a space where everyone can explore yoga at their own pace.
