I want to meet you where you are at. Everybody's body is different and requires different attention. I like to start gently with beginners and teach them the foundation of yoga so that proper aliment is learned and injuiries are avoided. During our first meeting, I would get to know you and what your physical and mental objectives are for practicing yoga. From there we start working on a practice that will be tailored to you and your needs, be it healing of injuries, relieving stress, improving flexibility/fitness, or unblocking of energy centers in the body( chakras)
