About Gupta
I am a certified Yoga Instructor with a 200-hour Yoga Protocol Instructor certification aligned with the Ministry of AYUSH, India. I teach traditional yoga practices including Hatha yoga, pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation, and relaxation techniques. My classes are beginner-friendly and focus on improving flexibility, posture, breathing, and stress relief. I aim to create a calm and supportive environment where students can develop a sustainable and enjoyable yoga practice.
