I am a passionate yoga instructor dedicated to helping individuals improve their physical, mental, and emotional well-being through yoga and mindful practices. My sessions focus on creating a balanced and positive lifestyle with the help of yoga asanas, pranayama, meditation, and relaxation techniques.
I believe yoga should be simple, accessible, and beneficial for everyone, regardless of age or fitness level. My teaching style is supportive, patient, and beginner-friendly, ensuring students feel comfortable and confident throughout their journey.
I offer both online and offline classes with personalized attention based on individual health and wellness goals.

offer personalized yoga classes focused on physical fitness, flexibility, mindfulness, and overall well-being. Sessions include yoga asanas, pranayam, meditation, breathing techniques, and relaxation practices suitable for beginners as well as intermediate learners.
Classes are designed according to individual goals such as stress management, weight management, improved flexibility, posture correction, and healthy lifestyle development.
Both online and offline sessions are available with morning and evening batches. My teaching approach is calm, supportive, and beginner-friendly, helping students build consistency and confidence in their yoga journey.
