About Prachi
Prachi is a certified Yoga Instructor, specialized in Vinyasa, Hatha, Ashtanga, Yin. Prachi has been practicing Yoga & Meditation since childhood as part of her rooted family values and school curriculum. Sher started her career as a fashion designer in Gujarat, India & soon realized the path, she needs to take for the rest of her life. She moved to Rishikesh in the year 2021, the yoga capital of the world to complete her 200 hours of intense Teacher's Training Program in Ashtanga, Hatha - Vinyasa flow Yoga, from the renowned Himalayan Yoga Association (International Yoga Alliance).
Since 2018, she has touched the lives of over 500 people as a visiting instructor in many reputed Yoga studios in Gujarat. She has also conducted several workshops & retreats in & around India.
She sincerely believes in the true meaning of Yoga which is the union of Atman (Soul) & Parmatman (True Consciousness). To become one with that ultimate truth, one needs to train their body & mind through Asana (Physical exercise), Dhyana (Meditation) & Pranayama (Breathing exercise).

The class starts with a CHANT that spurs our divine energy followed by ASANAS which helps to warm up prompting us to focus on each and every part of our structure thereby gently moving to PRANAYAMA that accelerates our chakras finally concluding with TAPPING THERAPY which helps the nerves to regulate the blood flow.

I had one of my best yoga experiences with Prachi. It was a private session with a small group of friends. I am a beginner and not familiar with all the names/poses but Prachi was very knowledgeable and helpful, she went at a slower pace and kept a nice flow. I definitely felt a deep stretch and felt very relaxed during and after our session. I would highly recommend Prachi!
