About Nicky

Yoga has helped me to improve my life in more ways than I ever could’ve imagined, from the things I can do with my body to how I live my life with a new mindset. I’m now on a mission to transform as many lives as I possibly can!

I create a loving, supportive space where you feel safe to flow at your own pace, listen to your body, and let go of any expectations. Each practice is yours, and we honour this throughout.

About the lesson

Slow Flow Yoga offers a calm, steady practice that gently strengthens your body whilst helping you reconnect with your mind. The slower pace allows you to move with your breath and feel each posture fully, releasing tension without pressure. Each session ends with a guided meditation to calm your nervous system, quiet the mind, and leave you feeling grounded.

Perfect! If I could give Nicky 10 stars I would! My first experience with Nicky was fantastic! If I could rate an indvidual based off their personality I would give Nicky a 10+. You cannot find a better tutor than Nicky. She makes you feel comfortable while having patience with your progress. You cannot ask for a better tutor to teach yoga. She also has a kind heart and easy to get along with especially like myself being new to yoga.
