About Govind
मैं एक सर्टिफाइड योग इंस्ट्रक्टर हूँ। मैंने योगिक साइंस में अपनी बी.एससी. (B.Sc.) डिग्री पूरी कर ली है और अभी मैं योगिक साइंस में ही अपनी एम.एससी. (M.Sc.) यानी मास्टर डिग्री कर रहा हूँ। इसके साथ ही मैंने योग में प्रोफेशनल टीचर्स ट्रेनिंग कोर्स (TTC) भी पूरा किया है। मेरा उद्देश्य योग के प्रामाणिक ज्ञान को लोगों तक पहुँचाना है, जिसमें पारंपरिक हठ योग, अष्टांग योग और प्राणायाम शामिल हैं। मैं अपनी इस उच्च शिक्षा और प्रैक्टिकल ट्रेनिंग के ज़रिए अपने छात्रों को बिल्कुल सुरक्षित और सही तरीके से योग सिखाता हूँ
