About Preeti
I am a certified yoga trainer with over seven years of professional experience and a mother of two, having personally navigated pregnancy and postpartum phases twice. This firsthand experience allows me to deeply understand and relate to the physical and emotional needs of mothers at every stage.

The classes are thoughtfully and professionally designed to meet the unique physical and mental needs of women. They include a balanced combination of yoga asanas, breathing techniques, pranayama, relaxation practices, and foundational strength training to support overall health and well-being. Special attention is given to building strength, improving flexibility, enhancing stamina, and promoting mental calm in a safe and structured manner. These sessions are particularly beneficial for new mothers as well as women engaged in full-day sedentary or desk-based jobs, helping them restore balance, reduce stress, improve posture, and maintain long-term physical and emotional wellness.
