About Abhay

I'm a certified Yoga Teacher from the Yoga Alliance.
Also, I am a certified Teacher with Sri Sri School of Yoga and Art of Living.

I'm currently giving yoga sessions to different MNCs for back pains and postures. The basic session includes 15 mins of warm-up, 30 mins of yoga, 15 mins of meditation. I also design personal sessions according to a person's needs. Yoga is not a kind of exercise. It's a journey and life in itself. Experiencing it as a beginner or as an expert is always a blessing.

About the lesson

My basic methodologies include 15 mins of warm-up, 30 mins of yoga, 15 mins of meditation. I also design personal sessions according to a person's need. My students meditate while doing yoga, which makes them feel every muscle of their body. There are many tips and techniques that I'll be telling you during our journey.

Perfect! I have been learning yoga from Mridul for about a couple of months now and have thoroughly enjoyed the sessions with her. Mridul is very thoughtful and calming. She has good knowledge of the practice, paces the poses well and mixes the poses with good meditation techniques.
