About Vijitha
I have been practicing yoga since 3 years and have also been teaching for Adults and Senior Citizens. I teach classic hatha yoga, but also ashtanga yoga. I also teach pranayama and meditation. I would very much like to teach with you and pass on my knowledge to your students.

Yoga improves strength, balance and flexibility. Slow movements and deep breathing increase blood flow and warm up muscles, while holding a pose can build strength.
I start my class with OM chanting followed by warm up , sitting and standing Asana s finally with Pranayama.
