About Simran
Yoga came at a very young age to me and it a part of me since then. Yoga (doesn't limit to asanas) is a way of living life, I have always believed in this. Each one of us need to connect to ourselves more than anyone. For your physical and mental well-being this is a choice you need to make until happiness remains as the only choice you are left with!

My classes emphasize on importance of proper alignments, pranayama breathing techniques and mindfulness. I like to focus on consistent improvement of the practitioners in terms of strength, stamina and flexibility and can offer modifications to advanced postures to allow the practioner reach their potential and deepen the practice.
