About Joanna
I am a certified yoga instructor based in Dubai, originally from Greece, where I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2018. With over 6 years of experience, I offer safe, supportive, and personalized yoga sessions for all levels, from beginners to more experienced practitioners. My goal is to help each student feel stronger, more balanced, and deeply connected to both body and mind. I currently live and teach in the UAE, offering both in-person and online sessions tailored to individual needs and lifestyles.
