About Shannon

I have been teaching yoga since I completed my training in January of 2013. I teach private lessons, small and large classes, hold workshops, and create personalized yoga programs. The feedback I hear from my students are so rewarding; I never get tired of hearing thank you, but the thanks goes right back to you for taking that first step.

About the lesson

Do you ever say that you can't touch your toes and that's the reason why you won't try yoga? Or maybe you are more comfortable in a smaller class setting? Whatever the reason, I will show you how to bring yoga and wellness into your daily life, based on your schedule and your goals. I completed my training in Rishikesh in 2013 and I am passionate about yoga and what it means for you.
I have class styles for all levels of yoga; from never-tried-it to intermediate to advanced. I like to use music in my classes and always have something new and fun going on! I also have classes designed for mindfulness that incorporate more breathing and meditating as well as the poses. There are many stigmas about mental health and I want to show the positive impact yoga can have on your life.
