Being a Yoga instructor and a practitioner myself, I bring my deep love for yoga and my dedication to help others find balance and inner peace.
I have earned my diploma in yoga teacher/therapy (registered with ministry of HRD, Govt. of India) and certification courses in various yoga styles.
I would be glad to share my knowledge and experience for the wellbeing of others. Let's flow together and embrace the transformative power of yoga!
