️The regular class structure is as follows:
1. Warm up
2. Standing series (2-3 postures with 2 repeats for each)
3. Supine series (1 posture with 2 repeats)
4. Prone series (1 posture with 2 repeats)
5. Seating series (1 posture with 2 repeats)
6. Pranayama (1 breathing technique)
7. Aum chant (3 times)
8. Savasana (deep relaxation for 7-8 mins)
_Demonstration of all postures will be given before practicing the postures
