I am a recent graduate with my bachelor of science in Recreational Management. I have taught yoga for over two years and have been practicing more than ten years. I know that practicing mindfulness through movements can unlock potential within yourself and inspire change and growth.

As we stretch ourselves physically, mentally, and spiritually we are aligning our personal goals and desires. Every level is welcome and appreciated.
