I will offer one free trial session(1 hour), so you can experience the difference before you choose me as your instructor. My daily sessions last for 1 hour, which consists of 4 parts. 1) Loosening, 2) Suryanamaskars (12 rounds), 3) Asanas (Postures), 4) Pranayama (Breathing techniques)

I am a certified Yoga Instructor with 2+ years of teaching experience (in person and online) and many years of practicing. I work with people of all ages (7 yrs - 85 years old), in both group sessions and also individual 1:1 sessions. Many of my students realize the benefits within the first two weeks of starting sessions with me, both physical & emotional well-being. Flexible schedule.
