About Void
I am a certified and verified Yoga teacher who enjoys helping students learn yoga in a simple, comfortable, and friendly way. My classes are suitable for beginners as well as students with some experience. I focus on proper techniques, flexibility, balance, breathing, posture, and building a consistent practice. I believe yoga is not just about doing difficult poses, but also about developing better habits and bringing more balance into everyday life. I keep my classes relaxed and easy to follow, while adapting them to each student’s level and goals.
