About Marina
My name is Marina and I've been teaching yoga since 2022. Physical activity has always been a fundamental part of my life, but with yoga, I've discovered a unique way to combine physical benefits with mental and spiritual ones. I share this practice because I deeply believe in its transformative power: I'm gratified to see my students improve their flexibility, reduce pain, better listen to their bodies, and find relaxation and balance in their daily lives.

My Hatha, Yin, and Vinyasa Yoga classes are based on the Yoga Alliance-accredited training I completed in Rishikesh, India, and on the experience I gained teaching in several European countries.
I offer practices accessible to everyone, with sequences that combine breath, movement, and relaxation. Each class begins with a moment of centering, continues with guided asanas and variations for every level, and concludes with a deep relaxation.
My approach is inclusive and adaptable, designed for students of all ages and experience levels, offering everyone the opportunity to experience the benefits of yoga on the body and mind.
