I am a well-trained certified yoga instructor. I have been trained from a well-reputed institute from yognagari Rishikesh. I have 1 year of experience in yoga training online and offline. I have also experience in personal training. I can train elderly people who have difficulty in body movements.

I teach Hatha yoga, Ashtanga, Pranayama, Meditation. I also have good knowledge of anatomy and can help with body alignment. I can make adjustments using blocks, bolsters and straps.
I can also teach and help with body cleansing or detoxification methods(Shatkarma) as per request.
